What a withdrawal does

A withdrawal moves the available balance from MeSomb to your configured withdrawal destination, such as a supported mobile account or another supported payout method.

What you can do with a withdrawal

MeSomb offer several withdrawal methods, depending on your needs.

  • Money Deposit: This method allows you to make a deposit directly to a mobile payment account depending on the operator, this operation is real-time, and you directly enter the destination during the deposit.
  • Bank Transfer: This method allows you to make a deposit directly to a bank account. This come with a 7-14 days delay depending on the bank, and you need to previously register the destination bank account.
  • Airtime and Bundle Purchase: Currently only available in Cameroun, you can purchase airtime from supported operators.
  • TAX and Bill Payment: This method allows you to pay directly for taxes and bills from your MeSomb balance. This is currently only available in Cameroun.

Before withdrawing

  • Your account is active.
  • Your balance is available.
  • Your withdrawal account is configured.
  • Your withdrawal PIN is set.
  • The amount respects limits and fees.
  • The destination operator is available.

Withdrawal safety

Withdrawals are sensitive because they move funds out of your merchant account. Use team permissions carefully and keep your withdrawal PIN private.
