Business identity

Your merchant name and category and logo help MeSomb classify your account and help customers recognize who they are paying. Use the name customers already know.

Address fields

• Country: operating country of the business.
• Region: administrative area or province.
• Town: city or town where the business operates.
• Line 1: primary street, neighborhood, or business location.
• Line 2: optional extra address detail.
• ZIP: optional postal or ZIP code when available.

Customer support contact

Add a support contact that customers can use for payment questions. This reduces disputes and improves trust when a customer needs confirmation.

• Support email: an email address customers can use for support.
• Support phone: a phone number customers can call for support.
