Customers pay through specific mobile money operators. Operator configuration ensures payment pages show the right options and that transactions are routed correctly.

Before enabling an operator

• Confirm deposit availability.
• Review transaction limits.
• Review fees.
• Test the customer payment experience.

Customer experience

Show only operators that customers can actually use. Too many unavailable options create failed payments and support tickets.
