Why country and operator support matters

Mobile payment is not a single global network. Each country and operator can have different payment flows, limits, fees, settlement behavior, and availability.

What to check before collecting payments

  • The customer country is supported.
  • The customer operator is supported for deposits.
  • Your merchant account is configured for that country.
  • The transaction amount is within allowed limits.
  • The operator is currently available.

Deposits and withdrawals are different

A country or operator can support customer deposits without supporting withdrawals in the same way. Always configure both collection and withdrawal options before launching a live payment flow.
