Business profile overview
On MeSomb you have two types of profiles:
- Your account profile, which is a unique profile link to you as a person or company. It is the entity that interacts with MeSomb.
- Your application that is a like a subaccount of your account profile. It is a single digital wallet related to what you define.
So, you can have multiple applications linked to your account profile. Each application can have its own business information, but they all share the same account profile information. The applications are managed independently, but what affects the account profile will affect all applications.
Why the business profile matters
Business information affects account verification, customer trust, supported payment countries, operator availability, and withdrawal configuration.
Information usually required
- Business name.
- Business category.
- Country, region, town, and address.
- Support email or phone number.
- Settlement or withdrawal preference.
- Public information is displayed on payment pages.
Use clear customer-facing information
Customers should recognize your business/application name when they open a payment link, checkout, or secure pay. If the name is confusing, customers may abandon the payment or contact support unnecessarily.
