Why tracking matters
Manual confirmation creates mistakes. A customer can send a screenshot before a payment is confirmed, choose the wrong number, or abandon the payment midway. MeSomb tracking gives your team a central source of truth.
What to check
- Transaction reference.
- Customer phone number or payment identifier.
- Amount and currency.
- Payment country and operator.
- Current status.
- Timestamp.
- Related payment link or order reference.
Operational rule
For standard sales, treat the payment as confirmed only when the transaction status is successful. For Secure Pay, also follow the Secure Pay confirmation and release rules described in the Products documentation.
