Register a Service

You can create multiple service in your MeSomb account associated with your email address. A MeSomb level, a service is called an application. You must create them yourself and may then give access to those service to a team member.

To create a new service, On your backend click on the menu "My Applications" on the left side and the click on the button "New Application" to register a new service.

You can use separate MeSomb service for projects, websites, or businesses that operate independently from one another.

Using separated services has a number of benefits:

• Unique statement descriptor and public business information: Using the same MeSomb service for separate businesses can cause confusion as the public business information used is the same for both. For example, a customer who purchases from your business "XYZ" might see a charge from your business "ABC" on their statement, potentially resulting in a dispute. Each service has its own public information to accurately describe your business and payments.
• Reporting and reconciliation: Separating the payments processed by your businesses helps you find payments, create and export reports, and reconcile payouts to your financial account.
• Payouts to separate financial accounts: Each additional account can use a separate financial account for payouts (although you can use the same financial account if you want).

To register a service you need the following information:

• Service Name (required): The name of the service you want to create.
• Countries (required): Countries where your services will receive payments.
• Service Description: A description of the service you want to create.
• Service Logo: The logo of the service you want to create.
• Service Website: The website of the service you want to create.
• Service Category: You can set a category for the service you want to create.
• Platform: If your service is built on to of a platform you can set it here (Odoo, WooCommerce...). This will will us to provide you with the right plugin to integrate MeSomb in your platform.
• Language: If your service is build with a specific language you can set it here. This will help us to provide you with the right SDK to integrate MeSomb in your service.
