Add funds to your service (application)
To keep your business healthy when your service has a negative balance or when you expect an increase in customer refunds, you can add funds directly to your MeSomb balance using a financial transfer (mobile payment, bank transfer ...).
You can proactively add funds to use for future refunds or chargebacks. These funds are automatically merge with the money collect in your service.
Add funds
To add funds to your balance using the service:
- Determine how much you want to add to your balance.
- Go to your service and then click on Make Refill
- Select whether you want to use a mobile payment or a bank refill, review MeSomb's information, and click Done.
- If it is a mobile payment after validating the transaction on your phone you account will be refilled automatically. Otherwise, your account will be refill once we receive the confirmation form the bank.
- Click Confirm Transfer.
Settlement timing
Funds typically show up in your within 1 to 7 business days for other, depending on the method used to add funds.
If you have used the mobile payment, the fund will be added without delay.
